Rachel Klein is an associate whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has represented clients in a variety of matters, including wage-and-hour misclassification claims under the FLSA, employment discrimination claims, and immigration habeas matters, including drafting temporary restraining orders (TROs) to prevent deportation. Rachel has extensive experience across multiple phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motion practice, and discovery.

Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Rachel was an associate at a leading multinational law firm, where she worked on various phases of employment litigation and conducted internal investigations for clients.
