Tabet DiVito & Rothstein partner John M. Fitzgerald recently authored an article featured on the Appellate Lawyers Association of Illinois’ blog The Brief. John’s article discusses the Illinois Supreme Court’s opinion in Fausett v. Walgreen Co.

As John explains in the article, the Fausett opinion “goes a long way toward clarifying which circumstances give someone the right to file a lawsuit in an Illinois state court.” Indeed, this opinion will have “far-reaching consequences for class action and privacy rights litigation in Illinois.”

We look forward to reading John’s article, which is available here.
