Elizabeth Coburn is an associate whose practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, bankruptcy matters, and arbitration proceedings. She supports clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, construction, and real estate. Elizabeth has extensive experience spanning all phases of litigation, including initial pleadings, fact and expert discovery, motions practice, and trial. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on criminal appeals.

Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Elizabeth was a commercial litigation associate at White & Case LLP. Elizabeth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Notre Dame Law School where she served as a Managing Senior Editor on the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. As an Oralist on Notre Dame’s Moot Court Board, Elizabeth represented a client in a federal criminal appeal and argued in front of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Elizabeth worked at the American Bar Association in Washington, D.C.
