Tabet DiVito & Rothstein attorneys also represented cellular phone companies and their customers in a constitutional challenge to a state statute authorizing a surcharge on cellular telephone calls, obtaining a trial court order invalidating the statute and defeating our opponent’s appeal with a favorable decision from the Illinois Supreme Court. We are frequently engaged to represent litigants in high-stakes appeals, such as a multi-billion-dollar appeal in a consumer class action regarding the use of non-OEM auto parts and a $10 billion class action alleging fraud in the marketing of certain consumer products.
