Jonathan Parts is an associate whose practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. Jonathan has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes involving allegations of trade secret misappropriation, fraud, and breach of contract. He has extensive experience in different phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, taking depositions, and document production. Jonathan also maintains a pro bono practice, having represented clients in immigration matters and civil rights disputes.
Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Jonathan was an associate at an international law firm headquartered in Chicago, where he worked on all phases of litigation.
