Profile

Kaitlyn Kloss is an associate who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has represented clients on both sides of litigation in both state and federal court across a wide range of matters, including breach of contract claims, consumer fraud, class actions, and business torts. Kaitlyn’s experience spans all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through dispositive motion practice, mediation and arbitration, and trial. She has drafted pleadings and dispositive motions, managed complex discovery, argued motions, and supported trial teams in both bench and jury trials.

Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Kaitlyn was an associate at a nationally recognized litigation firm, where she assisted clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial litigation, products liability, and class action defense. She also assisted clients with transactional matters and advised on various compliance issues in regulated industries. Kaitlyn earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she served as Executive Vice President of Moot Court Honor Society and an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys indulging her love for theatre, dance, and making her way through a good book. She also enjoys dedicating her time to local bar associations and various pro bono initiatives.
