John Andreasen is an associate whose practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy matters, and business disputes. John has represented clients in a variety of commercial disputes including, but not limited to, motor vehicle franchise disputes, intellectual property litigation, chapter 11 bankruptcy, business valuation disputes, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. He has extensive experience in the different phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, taking depositions, and document production.
Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, John was an associate at a prestigious Chicago law firm where he worked on all phases of litigation for clients in the motor vehicle, luxury goods, construction, and banking industries. After law school, John completed a judicial clerkship for Judge Deborah Thorne in the Northern District of Illinois Bankruptcy Court.
