Ryan’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. He has represented clients in a variety of commercial issues including chapter 11 bankruptcy, events of default, business valuation disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and lien priority.
Prior to joining TDR, Ryan was an associate at a leading multinational law firm where he worked on all phases of complex proceedings for clients in the transportation and logistics, chemical manufacturing, real estate, retail, and energy industries.
