Profile

Ryan Muhlstock is an associate whose practice is focused on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. Ryan has represented clients in a variety of commercial issues including, but not limited to, chapter 11 bankruptcy, events of default, business valuation disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and lien priority. He has extensive experience in the different phases of litigation including drafting pleadings, motion practice, and preparing for contested hearings.

Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Ryan was an associate at a leading multinational law firm where he worked on all the various phases of complex proceedings for clients in the transportation and logistics, chemical manufacturing, real estate, retail, and energy industries.
