Jake joined TDR in 2017. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. Jake has significant experience representing clients in litigation involving professional liability and discipline, shareholder and LLC disputes, manufacturing and supply chain issues, enforcement or breach of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets, e-Discovery issues, and cannabis licensing.
Kyle joined TDR in 2018. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state court. Kyle has successfully represented clients in a variety of commercial matters and has experience in all phases of the litigation process, including arbitrations, trials and appeals.
