On May 8, 2024, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois granted our client’s motion for preliminary injunction to enforce a settlement agreement that our client had entered into in a previously resolved matter. The preliminary injunction order required the defendant to withdraw its complaint of patent infringement it made to Amazon, which had caused Amazon to delist our client’s products from the Amazon platform. After the Court granted the motion for preliminary injunction, this matter was resolved on favorable terms without further litigation.
This matter is one of several lawsuits in which TDR has successfully sought or opposed preliminary injunctive relief in the context of disputes over patent or other intellectual property rights. TDR attorneys Daniel Konieczny and Megan Ryan represented our client in this matter.
