- Secured early dismissal with prejudice and appellate affirmance of defamation, misappropriation, and doxing claims against Facebook group administrator (D’Ambrosio v. Rajala, et al., No. 1:24‑cv‑00678 (N.D. Ill. 2024); No. 25-2231 (7th Cir. 2026)).
- Obtained dismissal with prejudice of putative consumer fraud class action challenging appliance marketing, defeating classwide exposure at the pleadings stage (Slafter v. Haier US Appliance Solutions, Inc., No. 3:21‑cv‑01326‑SPM (S.D. Ill. 2022)).
- National counsel to RNA Corporation in federal multi‑district litigation and hundreds of related Illinois cases concerning hair‑relaxer manufacturing practices, coordinating strategy and outcomes across forums.
