Jordan Wilkow



Jordan Wilkow’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial litigation, and he has successfully represented large corporations, small businesses, and individual plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters in federal and state trial and appellate courts.  He has substantial experience litigating business partnership disputes, consumer class actions, land use disputes (including disputes arising under federal civil rights statutes and disputes under state and local ordinances), professional negligence claims, and all manner of business contract disputes.  Mr. Wilkow also has substantial experience drafting and negotiating professional services contracts in addition to other transactional matters.

In 2021 and 2022, Mr. Wilkow was named an Illinois “Rising Star” by his peers in SuperLawyers® Magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of Illinois lawyers who are under 40 or in practice for 10 years or fewer.

Prior to joining Tabet DiVito & Rothstein, Mr. Wilkow served for two years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable James B. Zagel in the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Wilkow is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.


Mr. Wilkow earned his law degree from the University of Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.  He also holds a Certificate in Jazz Performance (piano) from the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, California.
